How do I become a member?
How do I earn points?
Points are rewarded for spending. For every $1 you spend, you gain 5 points. Make sure you’ve opted in to marketing to hear about the latest rewards, exclusive discounts, double point periods, and members only focus groups, so we can gather your valued feedback!
How many tiers are there?
There are 4 tiers, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum.
Can my points or tier expire?
Yes, you have 12 months to spend your active points before they expire.
However, your tier will not expire. Tiers are based on your lifetime points, not active points.
What are the benefits?
Each tier has their own exclusive benefits and perks. However, you can expect:
- Exclusive discounts
- Early access to sales and new releases
- Members only experiences
- Birthday surprise
- Sneak peeks and focus groups
- Members only products
Rewards are only valid for Conzuri and only for members who are logged in to their account. Deleting an account means losing all the benefits.
When can I start using my rewards?
Once you've created an account you can access your member rewards immediately.
How do I access my rewards?
Sign in to The Members Club here. Once logged in you’ll see the ‘Available Rewards’ section, if you have enough points claim a reward. The claimed reward will then appear in the ‘Your Rewards’ section where you can copy your exclusive discount code or voucher!
How do I access my rewards?
