- Contact Us: Click here to submit a return
- Instructions: Our team will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original or similar protective packaging.
- Shipping: Send the item(s) to our nearest warehouse (US or UK) using a trackable and insured shipping method at your expense.
- Proof: Provide proof of return with a picture of your shipping receipt provided by the courier. Once we receive and verify the item(s) are unused and unworn, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

- Requests: If you need a different size or style, specify this when initiating the return. We’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
- Fees: Size exchangs are free, but exchanges for other products will incur a re-delivery fee and any difference in cost.
2. Return & Refund
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please reach out to customer support (support@conzuri.com) to initiate your return.
- Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for re-shipping the item to our closest warehouse (US or UK).
- Timeline: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive the returned item(s).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Your peace of mind is important to us!
4. Order Cancellation:
- Need to cancel your order? Contact us right away! If it hasn't been processed yet, you'll get a full refund. If it has been processed (usually within 24 hours), we can't cancel it, but you can still return it following the above return steps. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days, with PayPal being instant.
5. Courier Damage
- While we ensure quality packaging, we are not responsible for courier-related damage. Please report any packaging issues directly to your courier.
6. Purchases Through Affiliates
- Items bought with an affiliate promotion code are non-refundable and cannot be returned. This helps us maintain the integrity of our affiliate program.
7. Bundles
- Returning items from a bundle? We deduct the full-price value of the items you keep from the refund.
8. Cologne
- If you want to return our cologne, make sure it's unopened and unused, and do so within 30 days of receipt. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we'll issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) once we receive the item.
9. Black Friday Bundles (Short King, Looksmaxxer, Mogger)
Our Black Friday accessory bundles are deeply discounted curated sets containing multiple physical and digital items. To keep bundle pricing fair for all customers, the following additional conditions apply:
a. Full Bundle Return Only
Black Friday Bundles must be returned as a complete, unused, unopened set.
Individual items within a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
b. Digital Items Are Non-Refundable
Digital components included in bundles - such as the Height Guide, Looksmaxx Guide, or any Gift Card value - are non-refundable.
If these items have been delivered or redeemed, their full value will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
c. Condition Requirements
All components of the bundle must be in:

Opened mouth tape packs, nose strip packs, unsealed cologne bottles, or used insoles make the bundle ineligible for refund.
d. Mystery Gifts
Mystery Gifts included within bundles are complimentary and carry no refund value, but must still be returned with the bundle.
e. Refund Calculations
If any item (digital or physical) is kept, opened, redeemed, or missing, the refund will be adjusted by:
